EZOP is a non-profit-making organization for media support, documentation and  popularization of the cultural heritage in the area of traditional, historical handicrafts and crafts.

The aim of EZOP is to study and present the disappearing, minority or unique crafts, using traditional (historical) manufacturing procedures. By presenting the European cultural tradition in selected fields it aims to assist in preserving and developing these crafts in the midst of a highly industrialized society.

The target group is both the local and international public.

The source of knowledge is the study of period manufacturing procedures, archaeological experimental methods and the examination of the surviving historical artifacts.

EZOP produces original records of the manufacturing procedures of the different crafts and artifacts made in the process.

The records are presented to the public mainly in the audio-visual format using modern information technology (the Internet, video, television and radio). Selected projects or parts thereof are published in print.
